Coach’s Corner: Good afternoon, Today the Pinkerton Astros competed at the 2024 NH D1 State Championships at historic Derryfield Park.  The weather was sunny and dry in the high 50s and windy.  The course was about 100m short of a 5k for the past several years and has been reconfigured to a full 5000 meters. 

PA-XC is on the podium! Even from 3,000 miles away I look forward to the divisional championships of New Hampshire XC. Although our weather was nearly the same today, you can’t beat the fall trees of Derryfield and high school athletes putting their all into the races. The Trailblazers are the 2022 Division 1 Champions,

  New England Championship at Thetford Academy   November Quagmire Izzy Groulx finished 62nd overall (21:22) and teammate Tess Silva came across in 91st (21:48). Coach Alizio said you might just call it a quagmire on the wet, soggy trails of Thetford Academy. Coach Clark very likely did call it a quagmire. The Long Red
